Rho 350R
Roll to Roll UV Inkjet Printer
The new Roll to Roll printer Rho 350R, based on the Rho concept, is now available for printing on roll material with a media width of up to 350 cm (11,48 ft). UV ink, a development unique to Durst, which is adapted to the flexibility of the material,
ensures perfect printing on textiles (polyester, canvas, cotton, rayon, banner material, etc.), vinyl, tarpaulin, paper (blue black), transparent fails and much more. The printer is therefore ideal for the preparation of advertising material for hanging on office buildings, for the production of flags, advertising on vehicles/trucks, and similar areas of application.
The Rho 350R demonstrates a number of significant advantages:
400/600 dpi resolution, CMYK colour printing and 2 spot colours with a quick change system
No subsequent drying times needed
Quick material change times and minimal material waste
Direct printing on untreated materials
Specialised ink, odourless, and environmentally friendly
Excelling ink adhesion
Best possible resistance to weather conditions and light
Unattended printing
Maintenance friendly
Precise registration for double sided printing
Rho 350R uses all of the new technologies which the Rho system offers.
The revolutionary Quadro Array technology is, therefore, also included in this device. In four colour mode, the device is able to print 120 m2 (1292 sq. ft.) per hour. The ink's UV drying enables the material to be used directly after printing. 2 roll loading positions with a holding capacity of max 240 mm (9.5in.) and 300 mm (12 in.) roll diameter. The roll wind-up unit is motorised.
Revolutionary The Quadro Array Technology
The Durst Quadro Array Technology is based on Spectra nozzle outlets. Four slots in an individually heated nozzle pallet with continuous ink flow in one array incorporate a total of 512 nozzle outlets.
