Tell me about your company's background?
Waterloo Printing has been in business for over 60 years. I have worked at Waterloo Printing for 25 years and for the last 9, I’ve been the owner. We employ 21 staff members and provide full prepress, press room and bindery/finishing services.

Do you specialize in a particular market?
Our core business is commercial printing with most of our work being full colour marketing material. We print everything from brochures and magazines to custom presentation folders and complete stationery systems.

What kind of equipment do you have in your shop?
We house a fully-equipped electronic pre-press department featuring CTP technology. We were early adopters of a CTP system. We have a CTP Antares and Apogee Work Flow.

In our press room, we have two Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 presses, one 4-colour perfector and a 5-colour perfector with an aqueous coater.

We also have in-house die cutting equipment, bindery including a ST100 saddle stitcher, two folders, two letterpresses for die cutting, and a gluer for presentation folders.

Tell me about your experience in dealing with Partners.
We have been dealing with Partners for about 10 years. In the years we have been dealing with Partners, they have always supported what they sell.

Any installation of software or hardware is almost always a challenge, and Partners has always stuck it out to make sure that we were taken care of and that we had a solution to any difficulties. We have purchased a number of items from Partners and have always been satisfied with the service we’ve received.
